A Simple Frustration
As students, we have all spent hours searching through WhatsApp chats, Telegram groups, Google Drive folders, and messages from seniors just to find one question paper or study material. Sometimes we find them. Sometimes we do not. And every semester, the same search begins again.
It does not have to be this way.
KTUSPOT began with a simple idea: make the things students need easier to find, access, and use.
But over time, we realized that finding a question paper is only one of the many problems students face.
From the moment a student enters university until they graduate and move on to higher studies or their career, there are countless moments of confusion, unnecessary effort, missing information, repetitive work, and problems that should have a simpler solution.
KTUSPOT exists to find those problems and build those solutions.
Question papers, Notes, and other resources are only the beginning.
Our goal is to build a platform that helps KTU students navigate the entire educational journey — by identifying the bottlenecks students face and creating simple, accessible solutions for them.
If a problem repeatedly makes student life harder, it deserves a better solution.

KTUSPOT is not backed by a large organization. It was started by a student who faced the same struggles every KTU student experiences.
One belief has shaped this platform from day one: Students are the people best equipped to understand the problems other students face.
That belief is still at the heart of KTUSPOT.
Every problem you point out, every resource gap you flag, and every idea you suggest can help make the experience better for thousands of other students.
We don't want to simply build things for students. We want to build things with students.

Knowledge should never be locked behind a paywall.
That is why every academic resource on KTUSPOT is free today, and it will remain free in the future. Not for one semester. Not for one year. Forever.
Education becomes stronger when knowledge is shared openly, and this platform will always stand for that principle.
