Proof & Requirements
Evidence required
Certificate (approval document a).
Requirement
A valid certificate is required as proof. Only your highest achievement level counts toward activity points.
Additional conditions
- Additional points can be provided for winning. The maximum limit for activity points is 60. But for Level IV and V winning, the maximum point limit is enhanced to 80. Ambiguity flagged in source: these prize rows are not tied to a specific Sl. No. — they sit below both Sports (3) and Games (4) as one shared scale, encoded here as a `byLevelAndPosition` table referenced identically by both 2019.3 and 2019.4.
- Additive with participation (4), not highest-only — confirmed 2026-08-19 against the PDF directly: 'Additional points can be provided for winning,' opposite of 2024's Rule (i). Shares a combined 60-point ceiling with (4) via capGroupId, enhanced to 80 for Level IV/V wins (bonusRule).
