Official Handbook DescriptionSr. No. 16
Foreign Language Skill (TOEFL/IELTS/BEC exams etc.)
Flat award for any qualifying test — unlike 2024's equivalent (2.21/2.22), which scores each test on its own band scale. Genuinely simpler in 2019; not retrofitted to a `byBand` shape.
Before you submit
Make sure your certificates clearly mention the level of participation and the position, where applicable.
