Proof & Requirements
Evidence required
Certificates issued by the Hackathon Organizing Authority.
Requirement
A valid certificate is required as proof. Only your highest achievement level counts toward activity points.
Additional conditions
- Examples given as eligibility guidance: Smart India Hackathon (SIH), KAVACH Cybersecurity Hackathon, and hackathons organized by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), AICTE, or other Central Government Departments and National Missions.
- No participation-only value exists for this tier — only 1st/2nd/3rd prize. Do not assume symmetry with 3.16 (International), which does have a participation tier.
- Its own independent 40-point maximum — re-verified 2026-08-18: each of 3.15 and 3.16 prints its own separate 'Maximum-40 points' bracket, not one ceiling shared between the two (the earlier capGroupId linking them has been removed).
