Proof & Requirements
1. For Community Service & Allied Activities: Certificates issued by the NSS Programme Officer, the Faculty Coordinator of the activity, or authorized officials of Government departments, Local Bodies, or NGOs involved in conducting or supervising the activity. 2. For Blood Donation: Certificates issued by a Government Blood Bank, Medical College Blood Bank, District Hospital Blood Bank, or any hospital licensed by the State Blood Transfusion Council.
A valid certificate is required as proof. Only your highest achievement level counts toward activity points.
- Minimum 5 days per semester.
- The Documentary Evidence column is one merged cell spanning rows 1.6-1.9 — THRIVE has no evidence sub-part of its own, so the full merged cell (both Community Service and Blood Donation paths) applies.

THRIVE Project
Students who participate in the Tribal Higher Education and Interactive Venture for Excellence (THRIVE) project of the Government for a minimum of 5 days in a semester.
Make sure your certificates clearly mention the level of participation and the position, where applicable.
