Proof & Requirements
The Industrial Visit / Industrial Training Report must be certified by the Faculty Coordinators / Faculty Members who accompanied the students for the visit, and by the SFA. The certification must confirm that the student has visited a minimum of four industries relevant to their branch of study and has submitted a report containing observations, processes studied, learning outcomes, and supporting photographs.
A valid certificate is required as proof. Only your highest achievement level counts toward activity points.
- Restricted to S5 or S6 (semester 5 or 6).
- Minimum four industries.
- Report must include observations, processes, outcomes, and photographs.

Industrial Visit /Industrial Training Report (S5 or S6). Students must prepare an Industrial Visit Report based on visits to a minimum of four industries relevant to their branch of study.
