Internship Completion Certificate mentioning start and end dates (minimum 3.5 months).
Requirement
A valid certificate is required as proof. Only your highest achievement level counts toward activity points.
Additional conditions
- Minimum 3.5 months.
- No maximum-points figure is printed in the handbook for this activity — confirmed blank, same pattern as 1.1–1.3 and 2.6 (3.1/3.2 share a printed 'Maximum-20 points' and 3.4 has its own printed 'Maximum-30 points', but 3.3 between them has neither).

Internship for a minimum period of three and half months, as per KTU Long-Term Internship Guidelines.
Before you submit
Make sure your certificates clearly mention the level of participation and the position, where applicable.
